The perfect and well deserved pamper for any mum. I've been lucky to have had two massage sessions with Natasha and didn't want either of them to stop. She creates a spa like atmosphere and has a very calming aura. Having suffered with upper back pain and tension for months I booked in for a deep tissue massage with Natasha hoping for some improvement. Having never had a back massage before I was slightly apprehensive of the treatment but need never have worried as her thoroughly professional and calming approach really put my mind at ease.

When my left foot swelled up overnight about 15 years ago, my GP and a chiropodist told me I'd just have to live with it. Then last summer, after years of assuming there was nothing I could do about it, a friend  recommended LDM to me. I came to Natasha once a week for 6 weeks and instantly the swelling began to decrease. My foot is much less painful now; even on a really hot day it no longer swells up as much. I follow Natasha's daily exercises and have a LDM once every few weeks. The massages are so relaxing, I think they benefit my general health and well-being as well as my lymphatic issues.
