Each NRG Gift Card carries a monetary balance that can be used to purchase massage treatments exclusively on nrgtherapy.co.uk.

Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for all massage treatments.

Where can I spend my Gift Voucher?

Gift Cards are valid for massage treatments at the NRG Therapy Garden Treatment Room in New Malden.

KT3 postcode. Full address given after booking.

How do I spend my Gift Voucher?

Recipients will need to contact Tash on nrgmassagetherapy@gmail.com or 0783448892 to redeem their gift card.

How long will my Gift Voucher be valid for?

Your Gift Card balance will remain valid for twelve months after the date of purchase, including any periods of closure due to lockdowns.

The exact expiry date will be included in the Gift Card email itself.

When will my Gift Voucher arrive?

Gift Cards are sent via email and should arrive in your chosen inbox instantly.

I need to cancel my Gift Voucher purchase - what should I do?

We offer a 14 day return policy on all Gift Cards, during which you can cancel your purchase. If you have accidentally purchased too many Gift Cards or no longer wish to proceed with your order, please get in touch with Tash on nrgmassagetherapy@gmail.com
